These Terms govern the website, AssistFlow platform and its features, including service tickets, planning, interventions, equipment, contracts and SLA, quotations, documentation, integrations and AI features.
2. Accounts and credentials
Restricted areas may require an account. Customers and authorised users are responsible for safeguarding credentials, using assigned accounts correctly and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
3. Licence
During the contracted period, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use AssistFlow for professional activities under the applicable plan or contract. No ownership rights in the software are transferred.
4. Permitted and prohibited use
Users may not use AssistFlow unlawfully, bypass security, access data without authorisation, interfere with the service, commercially exploit protected components, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software except where expressly permitted by law.
5. Customer data
The customer is responsible for the lawfulness, quality, accuracy and currency of data entered or synchronised with AssistFlow and must ensure an appropriate legal basis for processing and providing such data.
6. Data protection
Personal data is processed under applicable law and the Privacy and Data Protection Policy. Where AssistFlow processes personal data on behalf of a business customer, controller/processor responsibilities are governed by applicable contractual terms and, where required, a data processing agreement.
7. AssistFlow AI
AI features support technical research and analysis. Generated responses may contain inaccuracies or omissions and do not replace professional judgement. Suggestions must be validated before any technical action or decision. Users should not submit unnecessary personal, confidential or sensitive information.
8. Integrations and third-party services
AssistFlow may integrate with ERPs, APIs and third-party services. Their availability can depend on external providers. Customers are responsible for the authorisations and credentials needed for configured integrations.
9. Availability and maintenance
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available and secure. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, communications, external services, force majeure or security reasons.
10. Liability
Each party remains responsible for obligations attributable to it by law and contract. AssistFlow does not guarantee that AI suggestions, technical content or third-party information are error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Subscription and billing
Prices, billing periods, users, modules, duration, renewal and cancellation are defined in the applicable quotation, order or commercial agreement.
12. Intellectual property
AssistFlow software, design, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, logos, text and other materials are protected intellectual property of the owner or licensors. Use of the platform does not transfer these rights.
13. Third-party links
External services are governed by their own terms and policies and are not controlled by AssistFlow.
14. Changes
These Terms may be updated for legal, technical or commercial reasons. The current version will be made available on the website.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory applicable rules and legally established jurisdiction rules.
